New Distributors Need New Distributor Training

New distributors need New Distributor Training. Why not have new distributors train new distributors?  If you use a well-choreographed, hands on training program, this is a snap.  Too often, people want to trot out the best and brightest “seasoned pros” to do the training.  Just like in Opportunity Showcases, a successful; distributors who’s been in the business for a number of weeks or months is better.  Why? Because they are initially more believable.  More importantly, they are duplicatable!

You want your trainers to be role models— enthusiastic , lively people others can learn from.  Also, you want to be constantly training new trainers. When your Network organization is built on developing trainers , it will grow explosively.  New distributors training new distributors, good strong trainers training trainers, and trainers of trainers moving up to positions of leadership. That’s powerful Networking!

Develope Unshakable Faith

Have you ever wondered why people in Network Marketing usually say “You’ve got to’ love your product?’  Because when you go out  and start talking to people about the benefits of your products and your opportunity, you’re bound to hear a “No, thanks I’m not interested.”

If you’re unsure that your product  really gets the results you say, if you doubt that this business is really simple and fun, that you can make money, and that the people WHO sponsored you really will help you  build it successfully—what do you think will happen?  A couple of “no’s and you’re out of the game.

You’ve must be able to hear “No” and say to yourself, “I know my product is worth it, and I know my opportunity is worth it. It must be that it’s just not the right time for them.” Say thanks and move on. That’s having unshakable faith.

How do you develop unshakable faith? Here one key.

I want you to staple on the inside of your forehead the following big, bold, block letters:  SW,SW,SW—–NEXT

They stand fro: Some Will,Some Won’t. So What—-Next!

In Network Marketing, you do not convince. You do not persuade with charm nor manipulate with cleverness.

Network Marketing is the “sorting” business.  You have faith in your company and your product based on your own experience, and then you make your offer. You recommend your product  or service to others.  And some will say yes , and some won’t, and so what— who’s next?

This business is all about sharing the right thing, with the right people,at the right time.  Nothing else will help you develop the foundation you need to succeed in Network Marketing like having unshakable faith. Great,” you say, “and just how do I get that?”  The answer is…

WHOM DO YOU TRUST?

That is the  most important question you’ve must ask yourself. Because when it comes down to it, there’s only one person who matters where trust is concern. That ’s right —-you know who.

The 45 Year Old Retiree…?

It is hard to sell optimism and opportunity during a recession. Starting a business is the last thing on people minds. For months I have pondered if I should continue working a dead in high paying Job!

For some crazy reason that most people (other than me), may never understand, I was not ready to give up my dream to retire young. And at 45 years old, time seems to speed up really really really fast!

My fears gripped me and controlled my life daily for years. I was humbled and beaten down by my inner fears and my life was  utter hell because of it.

Now  for most people, diving into a MLM business may not be the ideal choice. The fear of talking, recruiting and prospecting to strangers can be very daunting indeed.

All I had was my dream to be free from a JOB! Just Over Broke as many jokingly say. So I reached out to specific MLM and Network Marketing leaders, to show me the ropes.

Because we all need to be in a constant state of improvement, everyone needs a mentor to help them get pass those early rejections and pitfalls. Without a (mentor), you will spend countless hundreds  or thousands of dollars before ever seeing a check from your efforts.

Yes, MLM and Network Marketing is ruthless. It is called capitalism and those who have entrepreneurial desire may succumb to the fittest  “Lion” and give up 3 feet from the goal line.

But, if you are “persistent” realize that the sky is the limit – If – you are willing to bare the scars and pay the price. You will succeed in one of the most dynamic millionaire making machine the world has ever known. That is the power of MLM and Network Marketing.  The choice belongs to you and you alone!
